You will be primarily working with multiple clients as a virtual online secretary handling day to day tasks such as managing projects, creating and editing documents, organising and answering emails, making phone calls etc.
The role will require a highly organized person as this will require a good amount of multitasking, as well as, great communication skills for handling clients.
You will need to be experienced in all Microsoft office applications and social media platforms. You should also be open to learning new software as the need arises.

Lead Generation Team Member
You will be working to a proven system of lead generation for one Australian client. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to follow a documented system.
This position does not require out-bound calling as all work will be done using online strategies.
You will need to be experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and social media. Training will be provided for internal systems.
Web Developer WordPress Ninja
You are an experienced Web Developer who loves Wordpress. Ideally you’ll be familiar with shopping cart and payment integration, and have some good CSS skills that you use for customising themes.
